RESPONSIBILITIES
• Researching and identifying new business opportunities, potential clients, and market trends.
• Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and fostering new partnerships to drive business growth.
• Preparing and presenting proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to secure new business deals.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
• Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align business development efforts with company goals.
• Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies.

REQUIREMENT
• Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and trends relevant to the company's products or services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and make informed business decisions.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
